Fly to the Stars

In vanilla Starfield, Cruise Mode prevents you from approaching a star closer than about 45 LS. No matter what you try, an invisible barrier keeps you at a distance.
This simple mod removes that restriction, allowing you to fly right up to stars and finally see them up close.
v1.1: Also added the ability to fly closer to planets.
