Speeds up walking speed to nearly match NPCs.

Open permissions. You can do anything you like with this mod, including porting it, and using it or parts of it in your own mods.

Speeds up walking speed to nearly match NPCs. Any faster and it forces a slow motion jog. Matching NPCs speed should be a default setting in my view.

There are other mods that do the same things but are either slightly slower or are too fast and then use the jogging animations.

Different NPCs have different speeds but this mod aims to keep up with them. Hank is a slow walker, so you will walk faster than him.
