The goal of this mod is to add new outfits which fit into the already established design language of Starfield, whilst also giving players new and interesting outfit options which feel unique to what is given to us in the base game.

The new outfits have been added to levelled loot lists so that they show up randomly throughout the settled systems. Vendor tables with catered lists have been added; each vendor has a different pool of new outfits, for example Jemison Mercantile and Outland will both have new outfits, but neither will have the same outfits as the other one. Outfits have been added visually to NPC’s around the Settled Systems via Levelled List injection.

This mod seeks to give the player more options when it comes to gear. Some of the areas this mod focuses on are.

Crew Outfits: A large number of outfits were made with the intention of being crew outfits for the crew on your ship. As such, colour pallets were taken into account, and many of the outfits within a similar theme all match. For example, the red crew uniform and red beret match; on top of this, the red armoured outfit also matches. So the player can outfit their crew with different outfits and have a uniform colour palette.

Militaristic Outfits, Since spacesuits make up most armoured outfits in the game, players are left with very few combat-themed outfits. This mod seeks to fix that by adding armoured as well as militaristic-themed outfits.

Adventure outfits: A large number of outfits added are meant to complement the vanilla adventure/colonist gear. Many of these have a very Akila-style design language. These outfits are most prominent in the visual levelled lists, and you should see them commonly on colonists and settlers.

Civilian Variety: Most of the retextures fall into this category. This category is meant to complement the vanilla offering of outfits with new colour variations. Many of these outfits are not shown in the advertisement photos since the focus of the mod isn’t on these outfits, but they will show up around the settled systems, complementing the new mesh outfits.

Other things this mod includes.

  • A new bag has been added to indicate to the player that the outfit is modded and not the base game. The new bag is blue, and the player can see this new bag when they find a new outfit lying around, or when they drop a new outfit

  • New ground models have been added for the new hats, so the player can drop them as display items in ships or bases.

  • Catered Levelled list Injection, Many mods simply dump all their new outfits into a levelled list and call it a day. This mod is more intentional with its placement. For example Crew uniforms are well stocked in multiple vendor inventories, but are rarer to find in ambient exploration. Explorer-themed outfits, on the other hand, are very common in random loot lists but somewhat rare in vendor inventories. Armoured outfits are often found in Boss loot chests, but can also be bought at Outland. Lastly, all the retextured outfits are common everywhere. Rarity was taken into account; no outfit will be unfindable. Loot lists have been catered, so the player doesn’t have to actively hunt down the new outfits. You will passively find new outfits throughout the settled systems, similar to how base game outfits are found.

  • Scavenger hunt, Similar to my free mods, the outfits have been added randomly to locations around the settled systems. This is mainly in cities and locations without hostilities. One such example is the Coe family Home, where a pinned-up hat variant of Sam's hat can be found.

  • Catered named NPC outfit replacement. It would be easy to go overboard and outfit everybody in the cities with new outfits, but to not conflict with other mods, only a select few named NPC’s have been given new outfits. This is mainly NPCs who randomly walk around settlements with no quest importance or NPCs in side quests, such as the bounty hunter in HopeTown or the Tracker in the Eleos retreat quest, who only show up briefly.

This mod is tested to be compatible with the rest of my mods, but as always If you run into any issues, you can reach me on the Bethesda Discord at PilgrimCreations

Thank you for your interest in my mods. I had a blast making it, and I am excited to see where the Verified Creators program takes me.
