DESCRIPTION
Project Rework - Akila Transform Akila from a dusty world to a cold Alpine world full of mountains, lakes and rivers. It adds three new biomes Alpine highlands, Temperate Forest and Polar cap and new terrain supporting each biome and making them unique to explore.
REGIONS OF AKILA
- Alpine Highlands Highlands is the second coldest region on Akila, and it features some of the largest lakes of the Cheyenne system, possibly even among the largest in Settled Systems. This region features mountainous terrain with some flatlands, Visually , the landscape is set in the snow melting phase, where we can find snow on the mountaintops and green dry flora on the flatlands.
- Temperate Forest Warmest Region of Akila and most lush too. This region has large river networks and small scale lakes, the landscape remains mountainous but flatter than the Highlands. This region is home to large, aggressive river creature, lurking in lakes and rivers
- Polar Cap The polar cap of akila has flat landscape very similar to the Earth's polar caps.
OTHER FEATURES
- New more dense and fluffy clouds
- Removed most of Native life from Polar region
- Changed Water type from unsafe to safe
- Main star Cheyenne and its binary star Maheo are now visible from the surface of Akila
COMPATIBILITY / LOAD ORDER
- Compatible with most of the mods, except for mods that edit the Akila planet
- Compatible with Akila City Rises, Winds of Akila, Rabbit's Real Lights AKILA CITY
- Not Compatible with Akila Outskirts Expanded, Akila Windmills, Concept Art Akila
Always load my mod at last in your load order
Old landing spots may fail to regenerate properly. It's always recommended to land on a new spot after installing the mod.
