Adds Advanced Engineer RIG to the game as a Spacesuit. The outfits come in 3 parts Body and Helmet and "Jetpack". Has no Morphs. Can be crafted at the Industrial workbench.
I will not make a Clothes version. I did this as a exercise for material effects and I will not make any other armor from the game so don't ask.
