Starfield Extended - Reactors Rebalanced

This mod rebalances all the reactors, giving them all 50% more power output. I did this for two reasons. The first is that the reactors are just too weak. The game is clearly setup with the idea that a top tier ship will be using up to 12 power in each of the 5 main slots (3 weapon, shield and engine). But the vanilla reactors don't come anywhere close to that. The power management is clunky, at least on a controller. In vanilla, fights are too short to even bother with pip management, and everyone just gets particle beam weapons so they don't have to bother with it. Now the top tier reactors go up from 40 to 60 power output. The second reason is to give a boost to NPC ships. A lot of their ships have low tier reactors to begin with, so the 50% power boost really helps their engines, shields, and weapons operate more efficiently, making them faster, more resilient, and more dangerous.
