No Quantum Entanglement Device

Removes the Quantum Entanglement Device as a feature, thus removing the ability to move items between universes:
- If the Quantum Entanglement Device is already built: Moves the items in the Device to the player, and then removes the device
- Removes the guiding Slate from the Lodge or the player's inventory
- Stops the quest if ongoing
- Removes the quest from the journal
Note: On game load, the quest notification may still flash on the UI. This only happens once, before the quest is removed from the journal.
