Vasco Carry Weight Buff - 300 Total

A simple edit to Vasco's actor to increase his loot carrying ablilties.
Adds custom carry weight and item weight reduction abilities to Vasco's spell list. Also allows you to assign Vasco to your ship without taking a crew slot like Sarah Morgan.
All versions include a 25% reduction to resources and a 50% reduction to weapons held by Vasco. Tested with a 12.50 mass micro gun, when stored by Vasco it only took up 6 mass in his inventory
This version increases Vasco's default carry weight to 300.
Should not create any conflicts. Only use ONE file option at a time! If you have an issues find the Nexus version of this mod by the same name and file a bug report there, letting me know what platform you are on.
