I bring you, The Ranger!
Travel the stars in style, clad in the iconic plated duster of the Ranger.
What this includes: The iconic Ranger Outfit, conveniently available for crafting at an all-in-one custom workbench. The outfits come in both apparel and spacesuit versions. There are about 12 variations of each outfit. Most of the variations are faction-based. The following factions are represented: United Colonies, Freestar Collective, House V'aruun, Crimson Fleet, Constellation, Gal-Bank, Ryujin, Some of these variations come with their own skins. A new custom external boost-pack matching the theme of the outfit. Two new weapons: the Anti-Material Rifle and Baseball Bat. Per requests, this will feature the same upgrade systems as my prior spacesuit mod, which means the suits will come with their own upgrades alongside the new featured upgrades. The outfits come with their own modular attachments for more unique/custom looks. Attachments are as follows: Shoulder Plates, 2 Wrist Attachments, Necklaces, Chest pouches/straps, Medkits, Slinged Weapons, Holstered Pistols, and more.
Where to find this: Everything is neatly located in the decoration/build menu; this will be an all-in-one workbench. The workbench can be found under the workbench tab. The bench will be using the ballistic turret icon. The bench is called "Ranger workstation"
Important Info!! Mandatory instructions: All suits come with internal boostpacks set to none by default; however, there is an upgrade tree option to install internal boostpacks for the suit and apparel.
Yes, the apparel versions of the suit can be upgraded to have a boost-pack; yes, it will work without a spacesuit. Keep in mind that boostpack abilities cannot be stacked. If you wear a suit with an internal boostpack over an apparel duster with a boostpack installed, it will not function properly due to stacked effects. This also applies to any suit using an internal boostpack that allows wearing an external boostpack; this will cause the boostpacks to fail because you cannot stack boost effects.
Do not wear the spacesuit and apparel dusters at the same time; while you can wear both at the same time without major issues, doing so will double the cloth animation, causing it to wiggle around constantly.
The Anti-Material Rifle's Crafting model is not visible at this time.
End of mandatory info:
Specs info: The whole mod is a small master with minimal impact. File size roughly around 300k kb.
