Starmap Cruise Target

Adds the ability to set your Cruise Target directly from the Starmap.
Hold down the 'Set Course' control to set the highlighted same-system planet as your cruise target.
After setting your target, enter or continue Cruise while piloting, this mod sets the cruise target; it does not start cruise mode.
You must be piloting for the target to be set; Navigation terminal and remote-systems are not supported.
