RamTech AI: The Prologue

Thank you so much for playing "RamTech AI: The Prologue". I’ve completed all my goals for this project and consider it finished. It’s been a fun two-month journey learning, building, and debugging for both PC and Xbox. Any future updates will be limited to aesthetics or bug fixes.

To get started, head over to Cydonia and move towards landing pad 4. A new quest should pop up for RamTech Underground: Cydonia. You can also reference your map for an unknown location right by landing pad 4.
Here's a quick the rundown of the the followers
- JIM-E the AstroBot: JIM-E stands for "Joint Interdisciplinary Mech - Experimental Class." This bot essentially takes all the best ship crew skills out there and combines them all into one follower.
- Big JIM-E the AstroBot: Like JIM-E but taking those same skills to an OP level and renders the other AstroBots useless.
- NAV-E the AstroBot: NAV-E stands for "Navigation - Experimental Class." This is a super powered astrodynamics bot that makes traveling the universe ultra efficient.
- Red XIII: A follower focused on single fire weapons and melee.
- Armament: Particle Beam Machine Gun, Flamethrower, and a grenade launches makes this unit one the best fighting companion to take down the opposition.
- The Micro Bots: 12 specialized followers focused on a specific astrodynamics skill.
Other Features
- Resettable Shooting Range: Has all the unique weapons in the base game for you try out at a range where the targets can be reset.
- Armory: Location that has all the unique base armor and apparel in the game.
- Story: A unique story that attempts to justify why all these features are at this facility.
- Weapons: Two unique weapons designed for robot disassembling.
- Grenades: 3 unique robot spawning grenades to help create an instant army in battle.
- Enhanced Cutter Tool/Weapon: Added a new enhanced cutter tool/weapon.

1.11With this update, I have now completed all the goals that I wished to achieve with this creation and consider it complete.
Version 1.11 Updates:
- Modified text to menus and slates to better fit with the story and establish more reasoning on why things are named the way they are or how things work, and also establish story arcs that I would like to expand on in the next chapters of "RamTech AI."
- Updated the "RamTech Highly Volatile Robot Disassembler" to be more powerful.
- Updated the ammo box in the shooting range to replenish the ammo it provides immediately after ammo is removed.
- Updated a few aesthetic pieces in the environment.
All updates from here on will be purely aesthetic or bug fixes as I will save all the other ideas I currently have for future chapters of "RamTech AI." -
1.10eFinally fixed texture issues revolving around the robot spawning grenades.

1.10dTracking down texture issues with X-Box

1.10cFixed issue where textures were not loading up correctly for robot spawning grenades.

1.10b- Fixed issue where Big Jim-E was not recruitable.
- Added Operation suit and helmet to the armory. -
1.10aPossibly fixed an issue where the main quest gets bugged out.

1.10Nerfed the "RamTech Ace Pilot Neuroamp" by removing the capability of system targeting from them as this may be responsible for causing freezes in some game saves. In turn, the ship turning bonuses that the neuroamp provides has been buffed.
Added a new skin to the 3 different AstroBots.

1.09aI think I finally figured out what was missing for users that saw that Red XIIIs body was missing along with Armament. Will see if this update will finally solve that.
Added 3 brand new robot spawning grenades where the recipe must be found in order to build them at an industrial bench. -

1.08cAnother update to see if we can get custom textures to show correctly on X-Box. The main character will be Red XIII, although there was a report that Armament was missing an arm as well (but that wasn't a custom texture). Hopefully this update will address both. Please let me know if you're still not seeing them correctly.

1.08aFigured out that the custom textures created needed to be packed a different way and that X-Box users may not have had an archive loaded at all for them in the last update. Skins and quests should be working appropriately now. X-Box users, please let me know if the quest is working as before.
Also fixed the issue where Jim-E wasn't showing his texture. That was test that I forgot to remove and put back in his original texture.

1.07- Updated Red XIII to have a new reskinned turret (now that I'm learning how to edit textures), upgraded weapon, and also has XIII written on it's face.
- Updated more text. -
1.06- Updated a possible bug where Red XIII could not be dismissed
- Added a slate that provides hints to find the micro bot ship crew -
1.05- Renamed a unique custom weapon.
- Reorganized menus
- Added a few more narrative pieces to add to the story.
All updates ahead will be most likely be further pieces for polishing and not have any major functional changes. -
