Adds a new modular standalone outfit to the game

This outfit is 100% standalone with morphs for both male, and female. Its also modular, so all items can be swapped around. The items come with warm and cold glow colors. (Orange, and Blue)

HOW TO GET 1.You can buy from Farad Kallob in Atlantis (Eit Clothiers Store) 2.Craft them at the Industrial Workbench.
