Adds new ship parts with a futuristic design. Parts are available in any ship builder.
Note that some parts require the use of a ship tolerance mod, for example:

Sadly this will break any ships build with 2.2.0 but there is no choice but to do this.

Also adds scaled down versions of the rings and a new version of the solar wings. -
