OmegaTech Krysae Hard Target Sniper

Hello everyone Im ZeusFuryOmega,

This is my second mod (soon to be many) testing out the Starfield Creation Kit, and the best way i though is to try to make some of my favorite weapon archetype from Mass Effect. So i pick tthe Krysae Sniper Rifle, this sniper rifle is a rocket launcher, base with the Hard Target platform in a compact frame. this reimagining of this armor piercing and explosive sniper rifle, the location at New Atlantis inthe Logde in the basement in the room with the constellation spacesuit.
