SavrenX HD Crowd Face Retexture (Port)

Overhauled HD textures for all the low-res crowd NPC faces! Made by SavrenX on NexusMods. 2K Diffuse maps, 2K Normal maps, 1K Rough maps, each texture enhanced. Also fixes glowing/staring eye issue using updated Ambient Occlusion maps by grootpiesang on NexusMods.
Doesn't modify crowd scripts, meshes, NPC objects, or variety. Just a simple texture replacer. How to test it's working? Go to Jemison commercial district and look at the faces of everyone labeled "Citizen". They should be noticeably higher quality, but still in vanilla styles and varieties.
