Andreja has ties to House Va'ruun but left that life behind. She is mysterious, loyal, and skilled in stealth.

The Adoring Fan is a recurring character from Oblivion. With the right trait, he will follow you across the galaxy with enthusiasm.

Betty Howser is found adrift on her cherished but disabled ship, the Lucky Lu, above Heinlein I. Giving her ship parts allows her to join your crew.

Sofia Grace can be found in Madam Sauvage's Palace and confesses to being a member of the Disciples to make sure that isn't a problem with your character.

Lin and Heller both worked with you at Argos at the start of the game.

Back to Vectera takes you to the Argos Extractor Outpost, where you can recruit Lin, then find Heller at a crashed Crimson Fleet ship.

Lin has Outpost Management (Rank 3) and Demolition (Rank 1). She's found at Argos Extractor Outpost during Back to Vectera.

Heller is injured on the ground at a crashed Crimson Fleet ship. You locate him via the computer terminal puzzle at the Argos outpost.

Vasco's full designation is VAS-119. He is a Lunar Robotics Model A robot, discovered in an Akila City junkyard by Sir Malcolm Livingstone.
