Akila City Defense Batteries

This mod adds 6 separate ground based defense batteries around the perimeter of Akila City. Each Battery contains 2 repurposed mech shoulder cannons, integrated communication systems, and a small contingent of Freestar soldiers.
It always bothered me that many cities do not have visible defenses from air attack, especially after the colony war, the conflicts with house Vaarun, and the threat of the unknown. The major factions can normally rely on their fleets for defense, but what is the harm in another layer of protection?
The use of mech shoulder cannons was a cost saving measure due to the abundance of spare parts on war machines that they can no longer use.
Future Plans to add themed defenses to each ground settlement.
