New Atlantis Has Hopetech Parts

Why does the largest city in the settled systems have so few ship parts for sale? No more! All common HopeTech parts are added to New Atlantis, as well as the most basic overseer type bridge. Note that some parts are still level restricted before they show up.
I fully respect the game asking you to explore to get more/better parts as the game progresses, but this mod allows for more available artistic expression and accessible variety of build early in your playthrough.
This mod changes 2 records:
- ShipServices NPC in New Atlantis (added HopeTech part keywords)
- Overseer 300 Bridge record (changed expression to check for common instead of exclusive keyword)
Anything that changes these records will conflict.
