Details from the mod author: You can find the suit on the UC Surplus store in The Well , the vendor will sell it but it has different quality levels, also there is a mannequin with the base suit in the same store just to the right of the counter. The backpack sometimes appears detached from the back and get fixed by itself after realoading or changing cells or equiping other suits, haven't been able to find a solution to this yet. The suit has no morphs so heavier characters will look strange. The model is unisex so females look the same as the male with full suit. Is recommended to use the complete set to get the correct look.
