VGB Fed and Hydration Duration Increase

This mod increases the duration of Fed and Hydration.
That's it, no other changes to the buff.
Fed duration increased to 4 hours. Hydration duration increased to 2 hours.
Hydration question: Why only 2 hours? Hydration Answer: Because it makes sense to me you would get thirsty faster than hungry.
Note: Mod is not retroactive. If you already had the buff before installing you will need to eat and drink again to see the new duration.
Issues: This mod does not alter the Food/Drink items to show the new duration, it will still shows 30 minutes on the items until I figure out how to change the item descriptions.
Q: Why increase durations at all? A: Because I am an old dude and forget to eat/drink all the time. Even with the increase I still forget, but at least when I do remember it lasts longer and I don't have to carry as much food that adds weight.
Other than keeping up with Starfield version updates if necessary, I will not be adding anything else to this mod.
