To unlock this apartment, purchase it from Zora Sangweni in New Atlantis at World View. (You must have completed the mission "Friends Like These" from the UC Vanguard questline and obtained your UC citizenship to be able to acquire it.)
This is my first mod, so please bear with me.

Compatibility :
My mod is not compatible with any other mod that modifies The Well Apartment in New Atlantis. This mod modifies the entrance & balcony of The Well Apartment, as well as a secret room. Should be compatible with my other player house buyable mod.

Overhaul of the Dream Home. Moved the homes interior into the exterior cell of Nesoi. Added several buildings outside which contain all workbenches, a vendor and a ship builder!
