1920x1080 Resolution

Changes the internal resolution to 1080p. This is built into my Performance Tweaks mods. I choose to break up my Performance Tweaks mods for people who only want certain parts. Close and reopen game for it to take effect. Dynamic resolution is set to on but unsure if that actually works on console.
