CombaTech Security Armor and Spacesuit

Adds a new CombaTech themed security armor set and spacesuit. The security armor is statistically identical to every other set of security armor in the game, the spacesuit has the same protective stats as the Mark 1 suit. Both can be crafted at the Industrial Workbench, no skills required.
Given that the security armor wasn't designed as a spacesuit there is some clipping when it comes to backpacks and helmets, but it's minor. A screenshot is included to give a sense of how bad it is.
