Equinox CombaTech Classic Weapon Skin

This mod adds a new weapon skin that can be put on any Equinox. I tried to bring the color scheme of the Equinox more in-line with the other CombaTech weapons.
This mod also adds a new 'Covered Amplifier' option to the Equinox. This amplifier option is statistically identical to the vanilla weapon mod, it just keeps the plastic cover over the front of the weapon.
