This esm file allows you to decorate Vlad's Villa like your house, the decorate panel also enables you to build on adjecent ground like one of your outposts, and this location will never reset. I still can't make it a real outpost, so you won't be able to assign any crew member to it. Please be advised, this file better be activated AFTER you visited Vlad's Villa. v2.0 villa not touched, cleared some trees and rocks for landing pad construction v2.1 remove small miscellaneous items, leave large pieces of furniture untouched v2.2 remove as many pieces of furniture as possible, keep the villa empty
