Crafting Vacuum Tape to Adhesive

Have you wondered why vacuum tape in Starfield can't be converted into Adhesive like it is in Fallout 4? Well now it can be, greatly reducing your need to hunt for creatures to harvest adhesive from. Simply collect your tape, and take it to the industrial workbench to turn it into Adhesive.
Since the Vacuum tape is so easy to come by, I set up a Ratio for Conversion Without skills the ratio is 5 tape for 1 adhesive. With maxed out skills it is 2-1.
