This mod randomizes NPC sizes, making all NPCs look different, and making every planet a unique, truly alien place.

Cosmic Scale
Starfield's NPC models are a step above the previous games, but they have an issue that is hard to unsee. They are all the same height. This breaks immersion once you notice it. Everyone feels the same. At the same time, every planet feels the same, as all aliens fit into the size range you would expect for Earth. This creation fixes both of these problems at once.
-- All NPCs will have their sizes shuffled dynamically. By default, it is by plus/minus 5%. -- All male humans are 3% larger, and women are 3% smaller. -- For each world, all aliens native to it are scaled by the same amount. This depends on gravity and atmosphere, with high gravity leading to tiny aliens, and a thick atmosphere leading to huge ones. -- For aliens, their size changes their damage and health pools, so some planets will be nightmares, while others will be easy. -- Legendary aliens are now double the size so that they can be easily recognized. -- All options can be tuned via the gameplay setting menu.
The end result of the alien changes is that you simply don't fit in most alien worlds. In some, the aliens will be tiny and no more than annoying, but in others, they will be nightmares that take real skill to take down.
