This mod aims to address Starfield's dungeons feeling the same after a while, by using a few techniques to randomize them each time you enter. The aim is to make attacking an enemy outpost a different experience every time. This includes proper dungeons, outside locations, and ships. It does this through six different methods.

Enemy Randomizer

Every time you change locations, this grabs up to twenty hostile NPCs and moves half of them to the position of another NPC. So the enemy hiding in the pantry might suddenly be teleported halfway across the map, or he might now have company. Enemies who have been teleported might stay in place, or they might try and path back to where they are supposed to be, leading to patrolling NPCs in places you don't expect. This triggers everywhere, including in space and outside of dungeons.

Reinforcements

If you are in combat with a human enemy for a random length of time (30 to 90 seconds), they will now try to call for help. This has a one-third chance to spawn three to five leveled enemies, either at the front door if you are inside, or nearby if you are outside. They will run toward the level boss, alert and searching for you. This means dungeons are no longer as linear, as you must watch your back most of the time. This doesn't trigger in space.

Assaults

Every time you change locations, there is a 10% chance that another faction is preparing to assault the enemy. They will spawn in random numbers (one to ten depending on the type) and attack the enemy. This includes Starborn if the main quest is far enough along, as well as Terrormorphs or local Predators if the planet is viable. There is also a chance that the player will be the target of the assault, not the enemies (30%).

Extra Enemies

This spawns new enemies of the same type at the location of existing enemies, increasing their number up to double.

Starborn Bosses

This occasionally spawns Starborn dressed as the faction you are attacking, to give you a harder boss fight, as well as adding flavor to the location (5% chance).

Alien Pets

Each location with a suitable atmosphere now has a 30% chance of having Alien Pets following your enemies. These are drawn from a list of about ten different options and scaled down to fit indoors.

These options can be adjusted in the gameplay settings tab, mostly from 0% chance to 100% chance. This mod will work in all locations with human enemies, including modding POIs and DLCs when they arrive.

To me, this is an absolute must-have for any Starfield playthrough with mods. It makes POIs so much more interesting and comes with great options in game settings to adjust how it behaves.
