Outpost Mission Boards

I was pretty disappointed at the end of the UC questline when I couldn't build the faction mission board at my outposts. I wasn't going to fly up there and go through 3 load screens to grab a job or two.

This mod lets you build the following faction specific mission boards -once you are allowed to access the existing mission boards- and accept missions from any outpost, ship, or house. Functional in any system.
