MWV Tattoos and Freckles

Tattoo and Freckle skin variations for MWV. Adds 36 new skin tones with tattoo and freckle overlays for player and NPCs.

Be sure to get the FaceGen files as well. All the female faces have been regenerated to improve seams at the neck. Also, I changed a few skin tones to improve some of the female faces. So it is highly recommended to download the FaceGen stuff too. For those on Xbox, I was having some weird issues uploading the FaceGen files. I think I found a workaround, but if there are any texture issues just let me know. You can find me at the locations below.

Just something to note that will be an issue. In character creation menu just be sure to go to the skin tone tab that is in the face customization menu, not in the body customization tab. The body tab only lets you view up to 16 variations. Go to the face tab and go to the max skin tone (45) and then you can go back to the body tab to view the tattoos by scrolling back down from 45.
