This is just a simple mod that properly adds 32 new NPCs across the Crimson Fleet, Varuun, Ecliptic Mercenaries, and Spacer factions. This mod makes use of MWV Tattoos and Freckles and Celestial Wardrobe along with Starfield Hair and Beards by Zone 79, Shades Tattoo Megapack by Shadedness, and X2357's Eye Colors so all of these mods and their dependencies will be required for this mod to work.
If you are running all my mods and patches together, your load order needs to be like this:
