Economy Shattered Space Patch

Shattered Space Expansion and Economy mod are required.

For overview reasons please put the patch behind Economy main mod in your load order (though that's not technically neccessary).

Only very few adjustments were neccessary (basically only for a few miscellaneous items' credit values; the rest already worked out of the box within Economy's parameters).
