StarUI Workbench - Max Craft Patch

Patch to change max workbench craftable to 65535.
This MUST be loaded after the main mod. If you have other patches to workbench, the LAST one in the load order wins.
This will work to override a Vanilla install of StarUI from Nexus as well, but it WILL NOT override an already existing "loose" StarUI Workbench.ini file in the interface folder.
