The Cthulhu is not just a ship — it's a myth given mass, a celestial aberration shaped in starsteel and madness. Towering over any known Class C vessel in both scale and presence, it cuts a silhouette so vast it distorts sensor readings before it ever breaches visual range. Its hull is a seamless sheath of gleaming obsidian-black alloys, mirror-slick and lightless — reflecting just enough to show your fear staring back at you. A fusion of custom-forged metals and repurposed alien tech, its form is asymmetrical yet disturbingly near-perfect, as though it grew from the void itself rather than was ever constructed.
Almost every hab/structural-part/weapon of this ship has been custom-built, retextured or reimagined. All habs are based on the internal Stroud/Eklund design; meaning every floor, wall and ceiling are the same colour-scheme throughout. A visually unified ship inside and out, gargantuan and indestructible.
New habs/modules/structural include:
- 2x3 Battle Stations
- 3x3 Mess Hall
- 2x2 Captains Quarters (pic. in Gallery), and luxurious 1x1 Bathroom
- 3x2 Secure Armory
- 2x2 Firing Range with concrete-lined walls
- 2x2 Gymnasium
- 3x3 Ballroom
- 2x3 Commercial Kitchen/Bar & cubicle Bathroom (to service the Ballroom)
- 3x1 Sleeping Berth
- Shield w/ built-in Scan Jammer
- Conduction Grid (retextured)
- Com Spike (retextured)

- Ship Vendor Framework (as of 09/4/26, not yet available for PS5)

Available for purchase only from your Player Outpost - 'Large Landing Pad with Ship Builder'. Cost = 1,735,000 (scales down with Commerce perk) Length = 78.09m Width = 63.7m Height = 31.34m
- Purchased ship will not update changes, you will have to sell existing and purchase again (rename it before you sell it.)
- Do NOT swap habs or attempt to edit the layout, it won't work. I have purposely placed every internal door exactly where I wanted them (see pic).
- There is a Snow Globe missing from the Living Quarters shelf display - Dubai (not deliberate - it's annoying).
- Weapon mount added to the interior of the engine radiator cavity (port side), can be used for the new 'Free Lanes' ship equipment to hide them.
- Engines only power up to eight (8) in-flight - I am guessing the calculation in-game doesn't like decimals (1.5 x 8 = 12).

2.023Removed the animated Laser Turrets - the turret head kept duplicating when you add the new 'Free Lanes' ship parts. Have been replaced with static models.
Reduced the number of turrets in the 3x3 Cargo Bay.
Moved one of the turrets in the Armoury to inside the secure cage.
Added two new retextured models with my custom exteriors for this ship:
- Com Spike
- Conduction Grid
They "should" be available as a variant when you get to that part of the game - I currently am not, so these are untested. -

- Added newly textured (and upside-down) Nova Galactic Cowling to lower section of Ship.
- Combined the Scan Jammer into the Shield and increased its price.
- Added a new Weapon Display Cabinet into the Brig that actually has Weapons in it, and moved its position.
- Added one Laser Turret into the Brig.
- Added newly textured, Com Spike and Conduction Grid (no changes to stats or acquisition)
- Swapped positions of the Grav Drive and Reactor. -
1.623Added two missing small border walls in the Commercial Kitchen at the doorway.
Updated static Laser Turrets to 'Outpost' version so they should be animated.
Removed two (2) ceiling Turrets from 3x3 Hope Cargo Bay.
Added one (1) Laser Turret to 2x2 Capt. Quarters. -
1.523Removed the 'grunge' and wear marks from the Landing Bay.
Re-textured the centre part of the Landing Bay Floor to match ship.
