This mod allows you to use the manipulation social skill, as well as other social skills, more than one time per NPC.
Currently, you can only control faction NPCs and Companion NPCs, but I plan on allowing the control of all characters in game in the future.
For now, this does what you need for sending a companion or enemy to do your bidding.
All the social skills can be used more than one time, with a chance to fail. The only skill that has a 100% chance to work every time is the manipulation skill. Guaranteed to work every time, and can be used over and over again on the same person.
