I'm sure most of you know that sales of illegal arms and ammo is out of control and a menace to law abiding citizens.

As part of a larger program, I have been authorized to purchase any ammunition that you confiscate on your missions. I will provide a free buyer system that is easily installed on any of your ships. As additional incentives, I will pay you over twice the normal redemption rate and pay in untraceable Astras. We don't care how you get it or where; your identity is protected. I should warn you that, since all legal ammos is tracked, the machine will not accept it. (I've been informed that, in fact, there are no such flags but I am just repeating what I've been told).

I have recently offered a factory based version of this system which is still available but this ship based system is more convenient if you don’t have an outpost. It installs like any other.
