Lodge with Decorating panel, some empty rooms and Constellation welcome kit

- Both storage rooms empty (the large one, next to Sam's room and the small one)
- A decorating panel behind the door of player’s room.
- The welcome kit contains: 10 MedKit, 10 bandages, 10 digipicks, 1 Constellation Spacesuit/helmet/boostpack (all random quality), the Capitain's outfit + hat, another outfit.
Issues:
- No issues, no conflict with any other mod (none that I tested).
Notes:
- I would leave the Lodge before downloading this mod.
- There is a door connecting the large storage room to Sam’s room. I left it there but it's now inaccessible, ok to cover it with piece of furniture.
