Dread Pirate's Book Patch

This is a simple patch that lets you use Dread Pirate's Pulp Fiction and Dread Pirate's Book Club at the same time. Just put this patch later in the load order.
Mea culpa: I tested each mod individually but didn't test them together, so my bad.
When I have more time, I'll go back and figure out what I did wrong with the script injection to cause one to supercede the other.
