Robot Engineering - Pre-placed Workbenches

Robot engineering workbenches have been placed in the following locations for roleplay reasons:
- Cydonia: next to the Sixth Circle accross the elevator
- Akila City: at Aldwin Wright's workshop
- New Atlantis: the Lodge basement and in the Well next to Apex Electronics
- Neon: in Newell's Goods
- Gagarin: At the entrance to the mine
Requires "Robot Engineering" creation by senter.pat.
