Removes eating and drinking (use item) sounds from the game.
At the moment, this only changes the food and drink items to make them silent when consumed. If there's sufficient interest, I will look at adding non-triggering custom sounds back to the items and possibly expanding to more sounds (e.g. space slugs moving around)
