After completing the Main Quest or skipping the Main Quest in NG+, the Vectera Mining outpost becomes available for purchase. The ore quality and mineral output are randomized, making each purchase different. One universe might give you a profitable investment with a passive source of income, and the next universe might give you a financial burden, repossession, and a UC fine for defaulting on debts. Either way, when your mine becomes valuable enough, you'll start getting purchase offers.
This is my first mod, and it is being actively worked on.
