New Hair Colors (Hair Overhaul Addon)

Adds 34 new hair colors as available options at Enhance menu.
While intended as Hair Overhaul addon, New Colors can be used standalone; New Colors should work on modded hairstyles (that use vanilla material). Some colors work as beard colors, too.
