Hardcore Grounded: Powers and skills

This mod creates a much harder and realistic experience:

by removing the Jet booster pack while on the ground (Specialized training and innovations in personal mobility systems have allowed for unfettered exploration on alien worlds)
Perks such as boxing, concealment, gymnastics, neurostrikes, stealth, and targeting have been reduced. Xenosociology has been removed.
All Artifact power ups have been removed to increase realism.
Other miscellaneous changes have been made to authenticate the hardcore experience.
