This mod is a pause screen replacer. No Starfield logo, 60fps

As always, only use one pause screen replacer, last in load order wins priority.

Small master, and shouldn't conflict with anything that currently exists to the best of my knowledge.

This is part of an ongoing project to touch up pretty much everything not improved by big UI overhauls; The things you use frequently, but with some added personality.
