Difficulty Decoupled XP Modifier

This mod removes the XP modifiers for all difficulty options, allowing you to set you difficulty to whatever you want without effecting how much XP you gain, negatively or positively. It also adds a new "difficulty" option which exclusively effects XP gain, with the following options:
-100% - No XP gains, effectively disables leveling up. -75% -50% -35% - Vanilla minimum XP gain modifier. -25% -10% No Modifier - Default and vanilla setting. +10% +25% +50% +75% - Vanilla maximum XP gain modifier. +100% +200% +500% +1,000% +10,000%
Likely Incompatibilities: Note that "likely incompatibilities" does not necessary mean there are GUARANTEED to be issues, just that testing should be more thorough, and load order more carefully considered before you start seriously playing. Any mod that alters the XP Reward Value or Description of any of the Gameplay Options. Any mod that adds or removes Gameplay options. Mods that alter the effects of Gameplay options WITHOUT changing the XP Reward Value, Description, or number of Gameplay Options are NOT likely to cause any compatibility issues.
Known Issues: The +1,000% and +10,000% options don't display correctly in the Total EX area due to their not being enough room. This is purely a cosmetic issue, and doesn't affect the end user in any way. The available options are not listed with the proper fancy syntax in the description of the difficulty option. This is because the formatting syntax for gameplay option descriptions can't seem to handle more than 0-9 options. As a result I've had to use a more bootleg method of just writing the options out, rather than using the proper formatting syntax. This is purely a cosmetic issue, and doesn't affect the end user in any way.
Please note: I do not have an XBOX, and cannot bug test or verify compatibility with that platform.
I had to reupload this mod, because as a light or medium master, there was a strange issue where my changes were being reverted and moved into a duplicate, which caused duplicate options in the Gameplay Options menu. It should be fixed now as a full master .esm. This is my first (public) mod.
