Have you ever felt that Dazra city is empty? Like something is missing... That's because some of the objects were removed for performance reasons. This mod brings those objects back.
Some Notes If you're on consoles, install it at your risk. Consoles are probably the entire reason why Bethesda removed so many objects. I didn't do any testing on consoles, but I would guess that it can run fine on PS5 Pro. XSX and base PS5 should be okay. And Xbox Series S... I would avoid this mod.
2.0 update. It restores much more objects. Some are 100% correct pixel perfect original Bethesda vision, some are only ~95% correct since I used the trailers to match their placement. For example, some objects could be 3 centimeters to the left or right of where they should have been. Not a huge loss in my opinion. So how this whole thing works? Presumably, during development, Bethesda had some performance goals they couldn't meet, so they decided to cut some objects. Instead of just deleting them, they placed those objects in a different cell. I just carried them over to the main Dazra worldspace. And it just so happens that the coordinates matched perfectly. Mostly. Some objects at the outskirts were clipping into the ground. I've decided to not include them. I also noticed that the objects I brought back were clipping into the existing objects. Bethesda didn't just cut some objects, they replaced them with less performance heavy ones. So, I deleted the vanilla ones. Some returning objects were moved slightly so they don't clip. I also removed one wheeled platform that was blocking the gate, so you can drive your car inside the city. Just my personal preference. Among removed objects there were three ships that were parked at the landing pads. I decided to not include them. I think Dazra looks better without ships parked. Also, those ships weren't Va'ruun themed, so yeah. Again, my personal preference, but if you want the ships back I can make make an optional file. Btw, landing pads have burn marks now. 2.0 update brings objects I spotted in the trailers along with objects from PackIns.
There is no LOD. I don't know how to generate it without issues. So, you're going to see some object pop-in. Not really noticeable, unless you have a very keen eye.
So, what's with the performance? Slight performance hit. 3-4% on my machine in Version 2.0. Version 1.0 doesn't cause a performance hit on my rig.
Navmeshes are tweaked. Took longer than I thought. But the NPCs wouldn't bump into new objects.
Vanilla navmeshes indicate that there were much more objects removed, but they aren't in the perfcut cell I mentioned above or in any of PackIns.
Compatible with both Unofficial and Community Patches. Didn't do extensive testing, though. But it didn't crash for me. By the way, Community Patch doesn't cover Shattered Space at all. And Unofficial Patch doesn't intersect with my mod. I checked in xEdit. Rabbit's Real Lights Dazra is also compatible.
