Slightly Darker Nights

Very simple mod to make nights (slightly) darker.
Screenshots are Vanilla / Modded.
This should be a less drastic tweak than the regular "Darker Nights" mod by HopeFulWish, which entirely disables the "fake sun" at night. Instead, this mod lowers the fake sun's position in the sky (thanks to user "fabricator" for the tip). I created this mod because some users reported having issues with Darker Nights making their game pitch black, or disappearing clouds and other visual problems when using the ini setting to disable the fake sun.
