Addon to Complete Weather Overhaul - adds rainy/thunderstorm weathers to New Atlantis.
NOTE: separated from the main mod due to a bug with missing rain audio when fast traveling in the vanilla game, which becomes more obvious when it rains in NA. Performance on console may be impacted during intense rainy weathers since NA is already a demanding area, use at your own risk.

Overhaul of the Dream Home. Moved the homes interior into the exterior cell of Nesoi. Added several buildings outside which contain all workbenches, a vendor and a ship builder!
