Bethesda added a new, unique weapon in one of the new Trackers Alliance missions. This light ESM only changes the "Kid Stuff" trait's pistol reward to this new weapon to line up with Dad's dialogue, while keeping it semi-unique.
No other reaching changes have been made to leveled lists or the weapon record. The pistol receives a bonus modification (High Velocity or High Powered) based on the level you receive it at, similar to how the original Old World Pistol was set up.
