OwlTech Perditus Fleet Crew and Companions Outfit Replacer (Voyager type)

This patch distributes the Voyager style outfits to the Elite Crew and the main Companions as shown in the photos. Also, they are provided Phasers.

In addition, Andreja was given the Silver outfit styled after Seven of Nine, plus the eye piece.

This is a simple patch that is for those who wish to have their crew already equipped with this style uniform and weapon, rather than having to manually equip them individually as you recruit them.

CONFLICT: as this patch moves Estelle Vincent from the Key to the Arcturus Drydock, it will likely conflict with any mod that also targets Estelle Vincent
